Exchange & Returns

If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Items must be in brand new, unworn condition. If your item is not in brand new condition, the refunded amount may be reasonably reduced.

Please include the Withdrawal from Contract form with the returned goods, along with all accessories, the product packaging, and any enclosed documentation such as the user manual. If you are unable to print the Withdrawal from Contract form, you may also write it out by hand to help us process your return more quickly.

Provided all return conditions are met, you can expect your refund within 14 days from the date we receive your package. If you paid for your order on delivery, the return form gives you the option to provide your bank account number for the refund. In all other cases, the payment will be refunded using the same method you used for your purchase.

Please make sure to return the goods in the same condition as delivered. If the item is returned in a condition that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functionality, the refunded amount may be reasonably reduced.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, based on the applicable return conditions for the country from which the item is being returned.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment, and in the event of damage or loss must contact the courier directly. We recommend keeping the proof of dispatch, and if necessary, insuring the shipment.

Returns sent to Z-boxes, parcel lockers or on a cash-on-delivery basis will not be accepted.

Our goal is for every product to become a long-lasting part of your life. However, if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, please return it in the same condition in which it was delivered to you – undamaged, clean, and unworn, only tried on indoors.

Please place the shoes, along with all accessories, back in their original box. Do not tape the shoe box directly, but put it in a larger box or wrap it in protective film to prevent damage during transport. This helps reduce unnecessary waste and contributes to protecting nature and our shared resources.

Please note that if the item is returned damaged, under our Terms and Conditions the refund may be reduced proportionally to the extent of the damage. In the case of returned items that are destroyed or devalued and must be ecologically disposed of, we will not be able to refund the purchase price. If the returned product is no longer usable, it loses its value, and unfortunately we cannot provide financial compensation.

If you receive an item with obvious defects or damage, we recommend photographing it immediately and contacting our customer service via email within 24 hours.

If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item first and then place a new order on our website for the product you would like.

Occasionally we have products that we sell at a very discounted price. The product page will clearly state when an item is Final Sale. 

Final Sale products cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please consider your final sale purchases carefully before placing your order. Once you click submit order you are agreeing to these terms.

You can check the status of your return in your customer account or on the Return Status page. You will also receive an email once your return has been processed and when the withdrawal from the contract is completed, at which point your refund will be issued.
