The first Barebarics PolarStride snowshoes for women in black are here! In addition to a nice-looking design, they also boast excellent functional properties. The upper is made of water-repellent textile material enriched by a waterproof membrane. Those who love to keep their feet warm will appreciate the lining made of high-quality fleece, synthetic wool and top Primaloft technology. Last but not least, the new PowerGrip has a specially designed tread pattern under the tip of the snowshoe for better grip and great anti-slip properties.

Please take into account the construction of the lining, which can reduce the inner shoe space. Choosing a larger size is recommended.

Wanted to test these out prior to reviewing. I have worn them in 0F-32F with wool socks. They are warm enough for that weather. While they are easy to get on/off, I do wish they had the option to tighten up in the leg as sometimes I feel like they are going to fall off if I step in deep snow. I do like that they are really lightweight, which makes it easier to walk in the snow. I wish they had a little more grip on the bottom as it's hard to walk up slushy/slippery snow hills with my kid's sled/kid. Overall, I would buy again. Good for playing with kids/light activities outdoors in winter
